Piper Harris, LPC, NCC, NPT-C
Piper Harris is a Licensed Professional Counselor, clinical educator, and founder of Untangled Mindâ„¢, where her work focuses on strengthening the connection between assessment, clinical decision-making, and measurable outcomes in behavioral health.
Â
Her clinical practice is grounded in integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and measurement-based care, with specialized training in trauma treatment, EMDR, neuropsychotherapy, and evidence-based approaches to anxiety and trauma. Her experience implementing measurement in everyday clinical practice led to the development of the Untangled Mind Pathwayâ„¢ and a growing body of tools and training designed to make clinical data more useful at the point of care.
Â
Beyond direct practice, Piper provides professional education and training on measurement-based care, treatment planning, and clinical accountability. Her work examines a practical question at the center of behavioral health: how do we move from knowing that care was delivered to knowing whether it is working?
Â
Through Untangled Mindâ„¢, Piper develops clinical resources, professional education, and systems intended to help clinicians and organizations bring greater structure, clarity, and accountability to behavioral-health care.
